Matthew Hendrickson is a Research Engineer at the Advanced Composites Institute (ACI) and a graduate of Mississippi State University in Mechanical Engineering. Matthew joined ACI in May of 2021 and serves as the operations manager. In this role Matthew is responsible for planning and overseeing multiple projects at ACI. Matthew also works closely with leading manufactures in the composite research and development industry in a collaborative effort to explore innovative composite manufacturing opportunities. Prior to graduation Matthew worked as an undergraduate researcher where he worked directly with ACI engineers in their efforts to lightweight military vehicles with the use of polymer matrix composite manufacturing processes. Matthew is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration through Mississippi State University.
